As we prepare for the FY 2025 Continuum of Care (CoC) Competition, the Central Mississippi CoC is committed to ensuring that all interested applicants have the resources and guidance needed to submit strong, competitive applications. As of today the project application is still not accessible in Esnaps, but it should become available soon. However you can reference Section four(4) and five(5) of the NOFO to begin the application process.
Linked to this announcement, you will find the FY 2025 CoC Competition Technical Assistance (TA) Handbook for Applicants. This handbook has been developed to support both new and returning applicants by providing:

- Common mistakes to avoid and best practices for developing a competitive proposal
We strongly encourage all applicants to review the TA Handbook in full before beginning their application. The information included will help ensure that projects are aligned with HUD requirements, CoC priorities, and the overall strategic direction of our homelessness response system.
