Dear Applicants,
We want to make you aware that e-snaps is currently unavailable for the FY2026 Continuum of Care (CoC) Competition. To help applicants continue preparing and submitting project information without interruption, we are implementing a temporary process that uses a fillable project application form in place of the e-snaps project application until the system becomes available.
The fillable form will allow applicants to enter, save, and submit the core project application information that would normally be completed in e-snaps. This includes key project details such as applicant and project identification information, project type, funding request information, budget-related details, housing and population information, and responses to local competition questions or requirements, as applicable. Using the fillable form during this period will help ensure that project information can still be collected, reviewed, and considered within required competition timelines.
Please complete the fillable project application as thoroughly and accurately as possible, following all instructions provided with the form and submit by July 24, 2026. Applicants should be sure to review each section carefully and provide all required attachments or supporting documentation requested through the local application process. Submitting a complete form will help avoid delays in review and any need for follow-up clarification.
This temporary approach is intended to maintain progress in the competition while e-snaps remains unavailable. Once e-snaps access is restored, additional guidance will be provided regarding any next steps, including whether information from the fillable form will need to be entered into e-snaps at a later stage. You will find the fillable application and instructions for using the application linked below.
We understand that this temporary process may require additional effort, and we appreciate your patience, flexibility, and continued partnership. We will share updates as soon as more information becomes available.
Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter. Please contact Timothy Collins at tcollins@centralmscoc.org if you have any questions or need assistance.
